What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. You can update your details online up until seven days before the event. If you’re not sure what to do here, please email conference@bsac.com or call 0151 350 6201.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, unless you have downloaded the Eventbrite app to your smartphone in which case you could show a digital ticket at registration. Please show your printed or digital ticket to the registration desk staff (You can register from 7.45am.)

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. The attendee must be the person that is listed on the ticket. Registration information can be edited online up until seven days’ before the event.

What refreshments are there?

There will be coffee or tea available on arrival, and during the morning and afternoon breaks. A ‘grab and go’ lunch can be bought as an extra when you purchase your ticket.

What time can we register and access the main hall?

You can register from 7.45am and access the Main Hall from 9am.

How far away is the Dive Show from The Vox?

About five minutes walking. Exit the Resorts World building on the lake side, turn left and head for the big NEC signs the other side of the lake. The Dive Show will be in Hall 1.
